    Horrible. We checked out a day early and went to another hotel.

    It was dirty. Bed was uncomfortable. Very loud. Run down. Very dark. Hot. A/C ran all not and was loud but didn’t work. Each night around 2-4am the staff had to yell at people to keep walking and go away. (Locals, not guests) Staff didn’t speak to you unless you asked them a question, then they barely gave you an answer. Did I mention it was dirty?
    Location. Easy walk to everywhere. Parking.

    The owners were very accommodating and we got what we needed for one night.

    only two pillows....need more for reading in bed. Only one chair to sit in......A teeny tv screen.
    I liked the convenience ....close to a great coffee shop and only a few blocks from the Needle, Chihuly and Amazon Sphere. 10 minute walk from the Pikes Place Market. They will store your luggage if you are waiting to go on a cruise. Not far from the Westlake public transportation. A good place to stay, kinda no frills. But very clean.. No bedbugs..

    Nothing fancy, but an awesome location to explore from.

    The actual accommodations were not as pictured. No ability for natural light while maintaining privacy...the main wall was window, great - except that due to the motel style entry people walking by stare into your bed. Not so cool.
    The location was great for walking around and exploring. Next door to an awesome coffee/donut shop with functional and speedy Wifi. (As the free Wifi with stay barely connected to the internet.) The motel style entry was nice for coming and going.

    Ok place if you don't plan on hanging around inside

    The beds were hard as rocks and a spring was poked me when I moved, very worn out beds. Everything was clean except the bathroom sink, toilet and don't think they swept. We had our door locked when we left the first day to go out and walk around town, but it was unlocked when we came back, nothing was missing that we know of.
    Loved the location, liked the idea of twin beds in one room queen in the other, however I originally booked it because it said 2 queens. Pretty quiet hotel.

    Location, location, location!

    Rooms are old and worn-out, but hotel staff try to make the best out of it. They are kind of Vintage!
    Great location. Hotel needs tlc, but the location is so great that for the price is totally worth it. Room and and hotel in general were very clean. Plus, it had free parking! I would definitely stay again.

    Great location. Old motel. Sloppy upkeep. OK for sleeping.

    No hair dryer. No coffee, shampoo, No electric plug in bathroom. Had one plug which was on the lamp.

    They dont iron the beddings..but it is white and clean.
    Location, The moonlight everynight from my window during we stayed there. Receptionist helpful, kind.

    There was a smell in the room that didnt go away. I even noticed my clothes had that same smell when I got home. It was an unpleasant smell. We were also woken up at 6:30 am the next morning with somebody vacuuming the room above us.

    Thanks Kings Inn! Our trip to Seattle was a lot of fun!

    Room was very small but still fit us.
    Flexible and accommodating, kind staff, great value. Free parking was a really bonus as well!

    A well located but very overprized and poor location

    The actuall fotos do not give info to rooms and bathrooms Bathrooms and whole inn need an urgent renovation No sound proove doors and windows, so very exposed to street noise No breakfast facilities Overpriced inn
    Well centralized located with free parking
