Weekly Rates

Standard Room with 1 Queen bed is $270.00 + 15.6% tax, 

for a total of $312.12

Suite for 1 or 2 persons is $370.00 + 15.6% tax, 

for a total of $427.72

Monthly Rates

Standard Room with 1 Queen bed is $669.00 & no tax

Suite for 1 or 2 persons is $869.00 & no tax

Please note:  Weekly rates is for a minimum of 7 nights.  The rate will be changed back to our rack nightly rate or there  will be no refund, if there is a early check-out.  All guest's will be required to sign a Weekly Agreement.

Monthly rate is for a minimum for 30 day.  Any stay for more than 30 days will be pro-rated at the monthly rate based on 30 days.  The rate will be changed back to our rack nightly rate or there will be no refund, if there is a early check-out.  All guest's will be required to sign a Monthly Agreement.

Both Weekly Rate and Monthly rates will require a cash deposit or a Credit Card Authorization. 

Extended Stay Rates are valid from September 15, 2003 to April 30, 2004
